for Product Sales & Delivery

As one of Rwanda’s most recognized brands in the food and

beverage industry, SINA GERARD / Ese URWIBUTSO sought to

modernize its sales approach. Customers demanded easier

access to their favorite products without visiting physical

stores.

We built an end-to-end e-commerce platform, allowing

customers to browse, order, and pay online using Mobile Money

(MoMo), Visa, or Mastercard. We integrated real-time order

tracking and a one-hour delivery system to enhance the

convenience of shopping.

Given the features of the system and the design thinking we

incorporated in the development, the platform has streamlined

the shopping experience, boosting online sales and customer

retention. With increased accessibility, Ese URWIBUTSO saw a

significant rise in online orders, reinforcing its position as a

leader in the FMCG sector in Rwanda.
