Digital Platform for Handling
Cross-Border Trade Complaints
THE CHALLENGE:
For many cross-border traders, navigating non-tariff barriers
(NTBs) and bureaucratic hurdles was a major bottleneck to
seamless trade. The Ministry of Trade and Industry, through the
Great Lakes Trade Facilitation (GLTF) project, needed a real-time
digital platform to collect, monitor, and resolve traders'
complaints across regional borders.
THE SOLUTION:
63INC designed and developed the Cross-Border Traders
Complaints System, an intuitive, cloud-based platform that allows
traders to report issues, track complaint resolutions, and access
regulatory support effortlessly. The system was built with
multi-agency integration to ensure smooth collaboration between
government bodies.
This platform has transformed how regional trade disputes are
addressed, significantly reducing delays and improving
transparency. With automated case tracking, traders now
